To get the file you must have a member login at my website. If you don't already have one you can request one on the website at:

Once you have a login account go to the main home page at:
Cockpit User Web Site Home Page

From there click "Member Area"  then on the left side click on "Cockpit Files." You will see it at the top.

Of course, feel free to download, use, and comment on anything in the Member Area or the entire web site. It is a work in progress and I appreciate all feedback to help make it more useful.
